I drew this Rose on procreate inspired by the colors of the Palestinian Flag. I added a Gold Halo along the ridges of the petals to signify the divinity of The Holy Land.
The use of Rose motifs in the art world hold many meanings, from love, romance, and beauty to resilience, hope, and spiritual awakening. This is why I love to incorporate Rose imagery into my artwork related to the Palestinian resistance, it perfectly encompasses the history and richness of Palestine.
